President Thomas M. Mengler and The Rev. Rudy Vela invite you to a presentation by Michael Galligan-Stierle, Ph.D., CEO and Director of the Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities.

Galligan-Stierle has more than 35 years of experience in higher education and various ministerial settings. He is the author of Gospel on Campus, a standard for Catholic campus ministry in the U.S., and Promising Practices: Collaboration Among Catholic Bishops and University Presidents, which highlights proven ways that bishops, diocesan agencies, and Catholic colleges and universities collaborate.

Michael holds a doctorate of philosophy in Sacred Scripture and a Master of Arts in both Psychology and Theology. He has been married to his wife, Pamela, for 32 years. They are the parents of two biological and two adopted children, and they have two grandsons.

The Association of Marianist Universities (AMU) is a collaborative effort of Chaminade University of Honolulu, St Mary’s University, and the University of Dayton to "unite diverse gifts of each of the campuses into a dynamic network that enables the Marianist universities to be leaders in higher education."
