Amanda Ellis, J.D.
Attorney, Dalrymple, Shellhorse, Ellis & Diamond, LLP; and Board Member, Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners
 
Amanda Ellis, J.D., partner and founding member of Dalrymple, Shellhorse, Ellis & Diamond, LLP, has practiced in the areas of administrative and health law since 2005. Ellis advises licensed providers and mental health professionals on operational and regulatory matters, including licensing and health care privacy law compliance, and presents training and continuing education courses regarding these areas.
 
Ellis will be giving an ethics presentation on “Complaint Proofing Your Practice,” an ethics presentation regarding about practice compliance issues for mental health professional interns related to professional licensing board complaints and litigation.
